Pricing and Payment Policy
1. Pricing Structure
a) Product-Based Pricing
Prices are determined based on the type of product, processing method (canning, bottling, freezing, etc.), packaging format, quantity ordered, and storage requirements. All pricing reflects the costs associated with quality raw materials, hygienic processing, quality control, and compliance with food safety standards.
b) Retail and Household Orders
Retail pricing is fixed and transparent, based on standard packaging sizes. Prices are inclusive of processing and packaging costs unless otherwise specified.
c) Commercial & Bulk Orders
For institutional buyers, wholesalers, food service providers, and other commercial clients, pricing is volume-based. Bulk orders may qualify for customized pricing depending on:
- Order quantity
- Product specifications
- Packaging requirements
- Contract duration
- Delivery and storage conditions
d) Custom Processing & Private Labeling
Customized processing, special formulations, private labeling, or tailored packaging requests are priced separately based on scope, materials, and operational requirements.
e) Taxes & Duties
All applicable taxes (including GST or other statutory levies) will be charged as per prevailing government regulations and clearly mentioned on invoices.
2. Price Validity & Revisions
a) Price Validity
Quoted prices are valid for a specified period mentioned in the quotation, website, or agreement. Prices are subject to change after the validity period expires.
b) Price Revisions
Prices may be revised to reflect changes in market and operational conditions, including seasonal variations in raw material availability, increases in packaging or logistics costs, changes in government regulations or taxes, and significant rises in input or energy expenses. Wherever possible, clients will be informed of any price revisions in advance to ensure transparency and continuity in business dealings.
